Spend your stay with us in Gaino, a small town just above Toscolano Maderno, in our exclusive Gargnà holiday home in the Le Casette residence. Enjoy a relaxing break in a luxurious feel-good atmosphere with a view of the lake.
Experience an incomparable dream view of Lake Garda from your balcony and relax in the shared garden with pool. You will be enthusiastic!
The entire residence Le Casette has 3 holiday homes + 1 owner's house. The houses were completed in 2021 and offer you some special amenities.
This exclusive & family-friendly wellness oasis Gargnà in the residence Le Casette was designed with a modern and stylish feel-good interior to enable holiday guests to take a relaxing break with family or friends far away from the stressful everyday life.
You can expect a light-flooded, spacious 140 m holiday home on 3 levels.
In addition to a light-flooded living and dining area with large window fronts to the balcony, the spacious upper floor also houses the kitchen and a toilet. The dining area with an elegant dining table and 6 comfortable chairs invites you to get together and play evenings.
The open, fully equipped kitchen harmoniously integrated into the living and dining area with high-quality equipment with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, German coffee maker, toaster, kettle leave nothing to be desired.
On the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds invite you to sleep, as well as a bathroom with a glass shower. One bedroom leads to the balcony. Wardrobes offer enough storage space for the holiday wardrobe.
The beds are made up, we also provide towel sets.
In the basement there is the third bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower and washing machine (free use).
To cool off, you can jump into the shared pool.
Pets are not allowed in this house, so it is ideal for those with animal hair allergies.
2 parking spaces are available at the house.
The natural and wooded area is perfect for hiking and cycling. Enjoy the peace and quiet, far away from the stress of everyday life. Restaurants, supermarkets, the lake promenade and the ferry can be found in the neighboring center of Toscolano Maderno (10 minutes by car).
A trip to the cities of Verona, Brescia, Mantua, Venice, Milan are also recommended during a stay in Toscolano Maderno.
Tourist tax 1 euro per day and per person.
It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.

The villa was nice and clean and located quite close to the center of Maderno.
From the living room and the first floor there is a very nice view of Lake Garda.

In the basement of the villa, there is no mobile communication and no internet at all. And it was a very big problem that when you went to bed at night there was no connection at all down there.
Therefore, I would recommend installing three Wi-Fi rousee more

Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Küchenausstattung (Arbeitsutensilien und Geschirr/Besteck). Wer gerne kocht stößt dort schnell an seine Grenzen. Deswegen nur vier statt fünf Sternen.
