This location provides an ideal base for exploring the main cities and destinations of northern Italy: Brescia and Verona are reachable in 30 minutes, Milan in 60 minutes, and Venice and Florence in about 90 minutes. Just 500 metres from the property, in the historic centre, you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, Desenzanino beach, the harbour, bars, pizzerias, and restaurants where you can enjoy a lunch or dinner with a view of Lake Garda. Palm Garda Beach is surrounded by a large garden that wraps around the entire property and offers two independent entrances for added convenience. Inside, the house consists of a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, utensils, and everything needed to make your stay comfortable. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a smart TV, and a dining table with chairs, ideal for relaxing or dining together. Continuing along the hallway, you access the sleeping area, which consists of two double bedrooms, furnished with wardrobes, dressers, and bedside tables, and a full bathroom with a WC, shower, and bidet. Behind the kitchen, a flight of stairs leads down to the beautiful basement, where you will find an independent laundry room and an additional dining room, perfect for dinners or aperitifs with friends and family.
