Residence Piccolo Ragno has 3 buildings with a total of 12 apartments. All apartments are approximately 60 sqm and each have 2 bedrooms and a living room with double sofa bed. All apartments are equipped with central heating. Parking spaces available on the property. A Wifi Zone and Sat Tv is available. Some apartments are suitable for 4 persons and some for 6 persons. Towels and bed linen can only be requested on site. The price for towels is 8 euros per person and for bed linen is also 8 euros per person. It cannot be pre-ordered. The residence Ragno is in Tignale, only 8 km from Lake Garda. In about 10 minutes, can be easily reached the centre with all the shops, many restaurants, a doctor, a pharmacy, a post office and a bank. It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity. The beach of Tignale can be reached in about 8 km by car or by the daily shuttle bus. There you can relax on the free beaches (also for dogs) or at the beach with umbrellas and sunbathing (for a fee). The private pool (about 4 x 10 m) can be used by all guests of the residence from may until mid September or when nice weather is up until the end of September. There are umbrellas and sun loungers available. The tourist tax is €2.00 per person per day It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity. the accommodation is for a maximum of 5 people including infants.
