The wide and just renewed apartment offers besides every comfort a majestic view on Lake Garda either from the private balcony and from every side of the house. In every apartment you can enjoy the sunset from the big terrace with a dreamlike view.
The garden surrounds the house and there is a lot of space to play, to grill, and to relax.
On the ground floor a laundry with washing machine is available for all the guests.
The parking lot for your car is directly in front of the apartment.
The village is a good place for a relaxing family holiday and is only 6 km far away from the beach of Tignale and 6 km away from the centre of Tignale.
It is the right choice either for a holiday on the lake and for a trekking holiday.
The centre of the village Piovere offers a minimarket, a bar, a pizzeria restaurant and a public swimmingpool.
With the Tignale Card you can have discounts, guided hikes and shuttle bus to the beach at the times indicated.
To spend a day full of fun, theme parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park, are about 70 km away. Ask for discounted tickets at your check-in.
The tourist tax is € 1,70 per person per day
Heating is included from the beginning of October to the end of March. Outside of these periods, the cost is € 8.00 per day upon request.
It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und liebevoll eingerichtet und war bei Anreise komplett sauber. Vom Balkon blickt man direkt auf den See und kann beim Sonnenaufgang das Frühstück genießen. Nach einer abenteuerlichen (jedoch für die Region typischen) Anfahrt erreicht man die Wohnung, die Teil eines Großen Grundstücks mit Garten und Olivenbäumen ist. Durch die Lage ist es angenehm ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und nett.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liebevoll gestaltet. Es ist alles da was man braucht . Und sauber!!! Genug Platz für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern .
Der Ausblick ist einfach mega toll. Der Garten riesig, gepflegt und sehr einladend zum Entspannen. Disee more

Super nett fanden wir die tollen Begrüßungsgeschenke. Zum Strand sind es ca 10 Minuten Fahrt. Vielen lieben Dank für einen tollen Urlaub. |
