Casa Valtenesi apartment is a charming three-room apartment with two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, where you also have a washing machine and to complete the accommodation you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a harmoniously integrated cooking island, an inviting living area with a large window leads to the spacious, covered balcony where you can have lunch or enjoy a relaxed aperitif, all equipped with comfortable garden furniture.
In addition, two wonderful swimming pools within the residence invite you to cool off and enjoy the sun. Each apartment is equipped with two deck chairs that you can take to the edge of the pool.
The picturesque center of Polpenazze, where you will find everything, you need for your daily needs, is just a few minutes' walk away. The nearest beach is about 10 minutes away by car.
Within a few kilometers you will find excellent restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors, which can be reached either on foot or by car, depending on your needs.

Das ist keine Kritik sondern nur ein Hinweis für eine mögliche Verbesserung ! Auch wir fanden die Stühle im Esszimmer und auf der Terrasse zwar schön aber leider sehr unbequem so dass langes Sitzen nicht so angenehm ist. Wenn man diese nicht austauscsee more
Das ist keine Kritik sondern nur ein Hinweis für eine mögliche Verbesserung ! Auch wir fanden die Stühle im Esszimmer und auf der Terrasse zwar schön aber leider sehr unbequem so dass langes Sitzen nicht so angenehm ist. Wenn man diese nicht austauschen möchte würden vielleicht auch dickere Polster zum auflegen schon helfen. Die Dusche ist leider sehr eng ja, damit sind wir aber zurecht gekommen. Überrascht waren wir von den regelmäßigen Stromausfällen im Ort während unseres Urlaubs, da sie aber immer nur kurz andauerten war auch das kein Problem. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig auch dass man nicht mehrere Elektrogeräte gleichzeitig benutzen sollte da die Strommenge begrenzt ist und dann die Sicherung rausfliegt aber dank der lieben Nachbarn wussten wir uns zu helfen. Wie gesagt keine Kritik, wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen euch als Agentur uneingeschränkt weiter.

Die Stühle auf dem Balkon sind nicht bequem . Bei der Dusche sollte ein separater Schlauch mit Duschkopf sollte vorhanden sein.
