Three sunny and quiet apartments with panoramic views, 1 km from the village center.
Ai Ruck: small villa, new building, 3 apartments (independent entrances) in a quiet, sunny location with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Limone, in about 1 km distance to the old town, the lake and the beach.
The apartments consist of two large rooms (about 40 - 45 square meters) with mansard and wooden ceiling with exposed timber beams.
All apartments are tastefully furnished and have autonomous heating, a living area with kitchenette and dining area with double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a covered veranda with porch furniture and a bathroom with shower. A private parking, a washing machine and an iron and ironing board are available to guests free of charge. The Villetta is an excellent starting point for relaxing walks or mountain bike tours.
The Villetta is managed by the Girardi family, so that a relaxing holiday in a very family atmosphere and a sun-kissed location with great views are guaranteed.
Ai Ruck number 1: two-room apartments, about 45 sqm, for 2 + 2: living area with kitchenette and double couch, dining area with coffee machine for filter coffee and microwave oven, bedroom with double bed, private bathroom, covered porch with verandah furniture and small terrace with partial lake views and private garden.
To spend a day full of fun, the famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park, are about 40 km away. Ask for discounted tickets at your check-in.
The tourist tax is € 1,00 per person per day
It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.

Herr Jimmy konnte einem sehr viel gute Tipps geben.
Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und die WLAN Verbindung ist Super.

Der einzige wünschenswerte Verbesserung wäre die Anbringung von Fliegenschutznetze an den Fenstern und Türen. Wir sind leider ziemlich oft von Moskitos(Mücken) gestochen worden!!!!
