Luigi Visconti in the early 1900s took over a small winery and then started his own business in the city center in the 1930s. The area was facing the lake and as it benefited from an extraordinary view he decided to build his own home as well. The ground floor was dedicated to cellars and the production of wine and on the upper floors he realized the dream of living in a beautiful place and creating a large family. The photograph of the 1930s building is visible in the gallery.
The renovation of the building, completed in 2021, also kept the original construction inside as far as possible. There are the stairs in fine marble, the railings with wrought iron decorations, the windows with precious and colored glass and the ceilings of the attic frescoed by artists of the time.

COLLO LUNGO (yellow apartment)
The apartment is a two-room apartment, it is perfect for couples on a romantic getaway, but it adapts well up to accommodating 4 people. After the entrance on the right we find the large and spacious double bedroom equipped with a comfortable King size bed ( 200 cm x 180 cm) on which there is a high quality Topper on the mattress of the double bed. A Topper is a bed accessory that adds an extra layer of comfort, improving the quality of sleep and making the bed even more welcoming. The room offers also a spectacular view, wardrobe, air conditioning, next to it a bathroom with large shower cubicle, at the end the open space equipped with a large and spacious living room with sofa bed, balcony with unmissable view, table and chairs for priceless dinners and aperitifs, floor of induction cooking, air conditioning, smart TV with satellite channels and access to all the most popular apps such as Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Video, etc. : All apartments are equipped with Wi-fi, Lan, air conditioning, washing machine and dryer, security safe. Parking can be booked on request and is about 300 meters from the property. Excellent and convenient public car parks are located in the immediate vicinity. We are waiting for you.

The check-in time for this apartment is from 15:00 to 19:00, for arrivals from 19:00 until 23:30 there is a supplement of 50.00 euros
This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 200, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. In case you pay in cash the deposit will be returned, in the absence of damages, by bank transfer within 3 working days.
