The SPLENDIDO apartment is located in a very quiet residential complex with green areas which, together with its central and strategic position, makes it perfect for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday without giving up the convenience of the city centre.
The spacious terrace offers a view of the lake worthy of a postcard and allows you to make your moments of relaxation unique and unforgettable.
Entering the apartment we find the living area, very spacious and bright, equipped with a dining table, a large and comfortable sofa (which can be transformed into a comfortable double bed if necessary), the latest generation Smart TV with the main streaming apps and many channels available.
The living area is completed with a large, well-equipped independent kitchen and a comfortable utility room where the cleaning utensils and the washer-dryer are located.
The kitchen also has access to the balcony with an unmissable lake view
The aisle takes us to the sleeping area where we find the two double bedrooms (size 165x190cm and 170x190cm) and as many bathrooms: one very practical with a shower cubicle, the other larger with a comfortable bathtub.
There is a high-quality topper in all double beds. A topper is a bed accessory that provides additional comfort, improves sleep quality and makes the bed even more inviting.
The air conditioning in all rooms will refresh your stay, making your stay even more pleasant.

Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, she will accompany you to the apartment and she will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect. Check-in time for this apartment is from 15.00 to 19.00, for arrivals after 19.00 and up to 23.30 there is a supplement of Euro 50.00. Pets are not allowed in this apartment, the entire apartment is NO SMOKING
This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 200, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. In case you pay in cash the deposit will be returned, in the absence of damages, by bank transfer within 3 working days.
