The Charming apartment is located on the first floor (with lift) in a quiet residential area. Entering you enter directly into a large living room with dining area, but what immediately strikes you is the view of the lake through the large windows that lead directly onto a balcony where you can enjoy delicious breakfasts, but above all be enchanted to observe a splendid sunrise or the colors of the sunset with the feeling of being "suspended" over the lake.
Charming is a stone's throw from the historic center and the old port of Desenzano, and from the beach of Desenzanino. The optimal solution for those who want to spend days of pure relax in a stunning environment!
The apartment consists of a large living room with dining area with large sofas and smart TV. Partially in the compartment, the comfortable fully equipped kitchen where you will find, in addition to the usual accessories, also the dishwasher, the coffee machine with pods, the kettle, toaster, microwave oven, etc. The kitchen also has access to the balcony overlooking the lake. In this room there is also a utility room with the washing machine and all the materials needed for cleaning.
Now let's discover the sleeping area: three double bedrooms, large, spacious and comfortable, all with windows and wardrobes. The main bedroom is equipped with a 40" smart TV.
There is a high-quality topper on the mattresses. A topper is a bed accessory that provides additional comfort, improves sleep quality and makes the bed even more inviting.
In the apartment there are two bathrooms: the first large and spacious with bathtub, toilet sink and bidet, the second with shower cubicle, sink and toilet.
Ducted air conditioning that can be adjusted room by room for maximum comfort, the high-speed Wi-Fi network, and easy parking within the residential complex conclude the description of this fantastic apartment.

For this reason, we offer a personalized welcome service to all our guests. To collect the keys we do not use boxes with codes nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres.
Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, she will accompany you to the apartment and she will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect. This service is available via direct contact via chat, guaranteeing rapid and personalized assistance. Our goal is to make you feel cuddled and well cared for throughout your stay at DesenzanoLoft.
DesenzanoLoft is pleased to offer its guests a welcome kit, towels and bed linen for free, also remember that our reception in the structure will be possible from 15.00 to 19.00. In case of arrival between 19.00 and 23.30 there is a supplement of Euro 50 to be paid in cash upon arrival in the hands of the hostess.
This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 250, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. In case you pay in cash the deposit will be returned, in the absence of damages, by bank transfer within 3 working days.
