Upon entering the apartment we are immediately fascinated by the modernity of the same, by the brightness and by the remarkable quality of the furnishings.
The living area consists of a large living room with a fine sofa bed, 55' smart TV table and chairs, the lounge equipped with large windows (with electric shutters) also allows to admire a beautiful view of the lake.
The American kitchenette is spacious and is equipped with all comforts (oven, microwave, dishwasher, 4-burner hob, fridge, coffee machine with pods, etc.)
The notes area: the first bedroom is equipped with two comfortable single beds and a wardrobe, in part we find the main bathroom with washer-dryer machine, toilet, sink, bidet and a comfortable maxi-box shower.
The very bright main bedroom with wardrobe is equipped with a private bathroom with toilet, sink, bidet and shower cubicle.
There is a high-quality topper on the mattresses. A topper is a bed accessory that provides additional comfort, improves sleep quality and makes the bed even more inviting
The apartment is equipped with an air conditioning system both in the notes area and in the living area, the
public pay parking is just 30 meters from the apartment.

Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, she will accompany you to the apartment and she will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect. This service is available via direct contact via chat, guaranteeing rapid and personalized assistance. Our goal is to make you feel cuddled and well cared for throughout your stay at DesenzanoLoft.
The check-in time for this apartment is from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm, for arrivals after 7.00 pm and up to 11.30 pm there is a supplement of Euro 50.00. Pets in this apartment are not allowed, the entire apartment is NO SMOKING
This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 200, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. In case you pay in cash the deposit will be returned, in the absence of damages, by bank transfer within 3 working days.
