At the entrance to the apartment, you will be greeted by a large double garden, both front and rear for a total of 145m2, equipped with outdoor furniture, barbecue and irrigation system. This outdoor space is ideal for enjoying an outdoor barbecue or simply relaxing under the sun.

Upon entering the apartment, a bright living room welcomes you. Here you will find a comfortable sofa bed, a smart TV and a table for your meals. The gas kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including kettle, coffee machine with capsules, microwave oven, fridge, toaster etc.

The apartment has two double bedrooms, both with direct access to the rear garden and equipped with wardrobes. The modernity of the furnishings and the view of the garden create an atmosphere of serenity perfect for a good rest, in both bedrooms on the mattresses of the double beds there is a high quality Topper, A Topper is an accessory for the bed that adds a additional layer of comfort, improving the quality of sleep and making the bed even more welcoming, your rest will benefit greatly. The sleeping area has two bathrooms: the first is complete with tub, shower, toilet and bidet, while the second offers a sink, bidet and toilet. Furthermore, the second bedroom has a smart TV with the most popular apps for your entertainment and that of your younger guests.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment and both the living and sleeping areas are equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort at any time.
To complete the offer, a large garage (250x220x10mt) with laundry that can accommodate up to two cars. You will also find a washingmachine for all your laundry needs.

We also inform you that the Concierge service is active in all our apartments. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible and without any stress. For this reason, we offer a personalized welcome service to all our guests. To collect the keys we do not use boxes with codes nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres.
Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, she will accompany you to the apartment and she will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect. This service is available via direct chat , guaranteeing rapid and personalized assistance. This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 250, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. In case you pay in cash the deposit will be returned, in the absence of damages, by bank transfer within 3 working days.
