Guests can use a private garage with an electric door, which can accommodate up to two cars (dimensions: 350x204x5.5 m). From here, the lift takes you directly to the apartment, located on the third and top floor. Upon entering, your attention will immediately be drawn to a large window offering a breathtaking view. The spacious built-in wardrobe provides practicality and ample storage for personal belongings. The master bedroom, located to the right, is an elegant and comfortable space featuring an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub and access to a private terrace overlooking the residence’s swimming pools. The guest bedroom, situated to the left, has a single bed and a French bed and is enhanced by another private terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
