The sleeping area unfolds harmoniously along the corridor. The first double bedroom, located on the right, is an oasis of tranquillity, where a large French door lets in the morning light and an air of serenity. The bed, flanked by discreet bedside tables, is framed by a spacious four-door wardrobe, perfect for meeting all storage needs. An artistic touch enhances the room: a reproduction of Van Gogh’s famous Starry Night, which lends a relaxing and evocative atmosphere.
Continuing along the corridor, you will find the bathroom, a modern and bright space adorned with white and green tiles. A large mirror above the sink enhances the sense of space, while the presence of a shower, toilet, and bidet ensures complete comfort. Check-in is available from 15:00 to 19:00, with the possibility to arrive between 19:00 and 23:30 with an additional charge of 50.00 E. Pets are welcome with a small supplement of 5.00 E per day. A security deposit of 200 E is required, payable in cash or by credit card at check-in. If paid in cash, it will be refunded via bank transfer within three working days, provided no damages occur.

COLLO LUNGO CIN: IT017067C2C383BGYX Palazzo Visconti is a mix of history, culture, flavours, traditions, comfort, and technology. A historical journey that began in the 1930s. Luigi Visconti, in the early 1900s, took over a small winery and, later in the 1930s, began his own business in the city centre. The area was lakeside, and as it enjoyed an extraordinary view, he decided to build his home there as well. The ground floor was dedicated to the cellars and wine production, while the upper floors realised the dream of living in a beautiful place and creating a large family. A photograph of the building from the 1930s is visible in the gallery. The restoration of the property, completed in 2021, has preserved, as much as possible, the original construction. The fine marble stairs, wrought-iron railings with decorative details, windows with fine and coloured glass, and the attic ceilings frescoed by artists of the time have been retained. La posizione è ottima, a due passi dalla riva del lago e dal parcheggio. L'appartamento è ampio, pulito e con un grande balcone coperto da cui si gode di una stupenda vista sul lago e sui resti delle Villa Romana.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem großen Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmern mit bequemen Betten und ausreichend Stauraum.
Das Bad ist ausreichend groß, mit einer etwas engen Dusche.
Die Küche ist nahezu komplett ausgestattet und bietet vier Sitzgelegenheitesee more
Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem großen Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmern mit bequemen Betten und ausreichend Stauraum.
Das Bad ist ausreichend groß, mit einer etwas engen Dusche. Die Küche ist nahezu komplett ausgestattet und bietet vier Sitzgelegenheiten am Esstisch. Es gibt zwei Balkons, davon einen mit direktem Seeblick und Bergpanorama. Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine haben wir nicht ausprobiert bzw. benötigt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock und ist mit einem eher kleinen Aufzug erreichbar. Zum See und Fußgängerzone ist es nicht weit. Ganz besonders möchte ich den netten und zuvorkommenden Service durch Andrelina rund um die Wohnung hervorheben! |

Allerdings kann man in der Parkgarage 200m weitersee more
